This app may have the occasional glitch or small issue, but I assure you, it is FAR better than any app made by "ultimate guitar" which tries to charge you for any kind of usage of their technology! THIS APP IS THE BOMB!!!!!

Despite many great features that work very well (transposition, song selection, scroll, etc.), there are some major flaws that drive me from 4/5 stars to one star. 1. Chord placement in edit mode often do not relate to the save file. 2. Inability to select multiple files for email export. 3. Synchronization does NOT work. There appears to be NO WORKING METHOD TO BACK-UP OFF OF MY IPAD. Suggestions: Let me save to my home computer, DropBox, etc. Let me edit on my home computer and fix the iPad app editor.

I love everything. But sync is not working. I used that the most!

I have been using this app for years on my iPad, and it is excellent at reflowing songs into a readable three column format such that most songs fit on a single page. As far as I am aware this is a unique feature, and is the sole reason I use this versus any other app. The user interface is pretty poor and takes time to get used to. If only the developer used standard Apple controls and followed standard ui guidelines, this would be an amazing app. Sadly, the new version, guitartapp Chord, has such terrible ui usability problems that I have abandoned it and Im sticking with this older version.

This app is very handy for musicians. You can look up just about any song out there and instantly get lyrics, guitar chords and tabs. Bluetooth scrolling pedals still dont work, even after the last update, but this seems to be an iOS 9 issue. Im sure they will fix this on the next update and it will go back to being a 5-star app.

The best app I have seen for guitar tabs & chords! I use it everyday when I play, and this is probably by most used application - even more than web browsing!

I cannot sync with your cloud. Nothing happens when I touch sync. No login pops up. I syncd my ipad to your cloud. My iphone will not sync! Very disappointed.

Listen, you can go sign up for the expensive app or get this one. I love it. Sure, people with no clue post their lame version of the songs with terrible chord choices, but you can learn from it an develop a better ear. I use this one ALL the time.

I am a beginning guitarist and i love this app. It has pretty much everything you could want. The layout is super simple, the chords are easy to read, and it is considerably cheaper than other options. I decided that i wanted an app for song chords, so i elected to go cheap first and purchase this app. My thoughts were that if this wasnt what i was looking for, then i had only lost 3 bucks. I am so glad that i chose this app because it does everything i need and nothing i dont. Simple, easy to use, and not too flashy. Great buy. Would reccomend.

Loving it! One of my favorite apps.

App works very well and can sync devices. These are the same tabs available on other apps but with no hassles.
