GuitarTapp PRO - Tabs & Chords App Reviews

nice app that gives me what i was looking for. chords and tabs seem correct. setlists are great to keep stuff organized. i would like a function to create tabs in the tool, too. uploading and sharing with people or for managing my own set of selfmade songs. so far, good and useful little helper

This is by far the best chord and Tab search Engine for IPad, iPhone, even compared to any search engine or Website. With this App. I found lots of Songs that were not available otherwise or only by complicated procedures (printing, Text copies, etc,). Within here search, add to favorite, transpose, look chords, use autoscroll for playing and everything is fine. With this App. and Irealb togehter you do not Need any Songbook at all anymore. If an editing Funktion for chordspro and Tab World be added, i would give 10 stars. Last Not least this App. Is still dirty cheap. Do not Heritage buy.

Great App. ! Would be Perfect if the content could be shared on a Big TV via AirPlay and Apple TV. Thx

I use this app all the time at home & on stage for all my set lists. This is definitely a must have for all Guitar Players and you wont regret it.

Strange Im first to review this. I like the app because it has good selection and an auto scroll feature. The ai has some improvement to do though, mostly with the fact that the auto scroll is set with time. I would love to have it in tempo instead. If you want to play music without buying the sheets or having to format an online version, this is perfect. I can just lie here playing songs without takin my hands off the guitar.

A very great app with a lot of tabs!

I am loving this App! Other tab Apps require expensive subscriptions, when I can just open the tabs in Safari. This App has all the content, but no extra charges. It may not be as slick as some of the other ones, but the adjustable auto scroll works good and for the cost, you cant go wrong! Money well spent.

4.5 stars before, 5 stars now. The longer autoscroll is perfect!

The last time GuitarTapp released a new version was Feb 25, 2013. Since then, OnSong has released SEVEN versions. GuitarTapp seems more interested in spending their time posting pics of guitar-shaped pools on their Facebook page instead of following through with their statement: "Please e-mail us if you run into a bug, or would like a feature to be added." On March 15 I received an email from GuitarTapp saying "Well definitely include the option you suggested, thanks for that!" After all this time, those words sound like an empty phrase thats supposed to pass for customer service. Im migrating to OnSong … ciao GuitarTapp.

Im not sure why a previous reviewer would compare this app to OnSong. They perform completely different functions. OnSong is a bloated app for storing sheet music, lyrics, chord charts and set lists - which you need a PHD to use, GuitarTapp is a handy tool for finding guitar tabs and chords for popular songs. I LOVE this app and use it almost daily. They have made many changes to it but as its basically a chord search engine, Im not sure what changes would make some reviewers happy. All I can tell you. Is that I have found dozens of songs to learn with this app, and its one of my favourites on my IPad. I like that it returns several results for various songs so I can choose which are easiest to learn or most accurate. GuitarTapp does not write these chord charts or tabs, so many are iffy but Ive managed to find a good version for most of the songs I like.

After searching through numerous chord/lyric sites I found this one. Easy to use usually lots of versions of songs and closer to being correct most of the time.

This app does exactly what it is supposed to do. Saves all your favorite songs so they are at your fingertips, and more. Very much worth it. Highly recommended.

Great program, easy to use, with a lot of user supported tabs. Would rate 5 stars if the play along feature would work consistently.

Really great if youre a performer. The ability to edit songs is clutch!

I was looking for something simple. Didnt need bells and whistles and this fills the bill. My only suggestion would be a little more finesse on the scrolling feature meaning a broader time, but as it is it works.
